Since its inception in 1902, Richmond Baking has been led by four generations of the Quigg family. The Executive Team is comprised of hands-on leaders who are involved in all of the day-to-day operations and decisions at Richmond Baking. Under the leadership of the Quigg family, Richmond Baking has become a stable, growth-oriented company that serves a broad spectrum of the food industry. Thanks to the corporate atmosphere of integrity, respect and Family Pride, Richmond Baking boasts a number of long-term employees (not just Quiggs) who contribute to the success of the company.
Robert “Lefty” Hurd is the Training Manager at Richmond Baking. In this capacity, Lefty serves as Richmond Baking’s corporate technical trainer, heading up all in-house employee training’s. Before coming to Richmond Baking in 1999, Lefty was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. His time in service to our country instilled in Lefty the positive work ethics, teamwork, and strong leadership traits that he implements in his job today.
Lefty has experienced all aspects of Richmond Baking’s business in positions as diverse as Mixer, Bagger, Sanitation, Supervisor, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Company Trainer, and his current role as Training Manager. This array of experience has given Lefty the insights necessary to serve as an effective teacher and trainer at Richmond Baking.
Thomisa joined Richmond Baking in June 2014 as a Human Resources Intern. She officially joined the Richmond Baking family as Family Pride Generalist in September 2014. Thomisa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Spanish minor from Indiana University East. Her professional background is within customer service and food service industries.
Thomisa has volunteered as an ESL (English as a Second Language) tutor through Amigos Latino Center. She also has served on the Indiana University East Alumni Association Board and is a member of Eastern Indiana Human Resources Association.
Andrea Stuckey is Richmond Baking’s Manager of Family Pride for Indiana and Georgia. Andrea joined the Richmond Baking Family in June 2014. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University East and a Master’s in Business Administration from Ball State University. Early in her professional career she served as a Branch Manager for West End Bank and Program Officer at the Wayne County Foundation.
Andrea is committed to providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive work environment, and dedicated to serving the family members at Richmond Baking Company. She is a founding Board Member and Secretary of the Western Wayne Dollars for Scholars Chapter, previously served as the Treasurer of Western Wayne Elementary School PTO, and is a member of Eastern Indiana Human Resources Association.
Felicia Quigg, Vice President of Family Pride, began her career at Richmond Baking in 2008. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science degree from Indiana University and a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, Felicia put her people skills to work in the fields of Finance, Manufacturing and the Beverage industry. In every position, Felicia’s number one goal was to meet the needs of every customer she encountered.
In 2008, Felicia joined Richmond Baking as the Corporate Organizational Capabilities Manager. She has made her mark at Richmond Baking with her open-door policy for all employees and her dedication to customer service. Felicia strives to anticipate and fulfill the needs of all of Richmond Baking’s customers. As Vice President of Family Pride, Felicia helps cultivate a corporate culture that makes employees and customers alike a part of the family.
Lisa is a native of North Carolina but now resides in Douglas, Georgia with her husband, three children, and two grandchildren. She joined Richmond Baking in 2013. She studied Business Administration, has 18 years of retail management experience, and ten years of human resource management experience.

Amanda Cain Goodman is part of the Family Pride Team in Alma, Georgia. She joined the Richmond Baking Family in July of 2014. Amanda came to Richmond Baking with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, with an Emphasis in Human Resource Management, from Georgia Southern University and an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from South Georgia College. After graduating, she gained valuable experience in the management field while working as an Administrative Assistant at a court records retrieval company.
Amanda believes that our family members are our most important resource because if you want to build a strong business you must first start with members who take pride in their job performance.
